从修饰对象看
little 和 a little修饰不可数名词。
few 和 a few修饰可数名词。
从意思看：
little 跟 few都是否定意义的词汇，表示 “很少，几乎没有”。
a little跟 a few 都等于some "一些"的意思。
比如说：
There is little milk in the bottle. 瓶子里几乎没有牛奶了。
She has a few books about stars. 她有几本关于星星的书。
